Chase is excited to offer customer-exclusive benefits at the US Open in 2024, including access to the Chase Lounge.
To gain access to the Chase Lounge, you must make a reservation. Reservations via this system entitle the Chase customer and up to three guests access to a reserved session at the Chase Lounge during the US Open.
A reservation in the Chase Lounge does not provide customers access to the US Open grounds. All members of the party must have tickets to the US Open for the corresponding session in order to gain access to the US Open grounds and the Chase Lounge.
Reservation confirmations, unique QR codes and wristbands are required to enter the Chase Lounge. A wristband does not guarantee immediate or automatic entry into Chase Lounge as fire, health or other regulations may limit capacity. This capacity restriction may also apply when trying to re-enter the Chase Lounge at a later time during the same session.
